Designing Yin classes with purpose, arc, and energetic coherence.

Module 5 — Holding Space & Language

Refining cueing, pacing, silence, and trauma-aware considerations.

Module 6 — Working with Different Bodies

Modifications, props, and adapting for diverse needs safely and respectfully.

Module 7 — Practice Teaching & Feedback

Guided teaching practice with structured feedback and integration.

Module 8 — Integration & Personal Practice

Developing your own embodied relationship to Yin as the foundation of safe teaching.

This 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training runs across four online Zoom sessions on Thursdays and four in-person Saturdays at Bija Yoga in Penrith, supported by guided self-study. Non-yoga teachers are also welcome to join.
