This 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training runs across four online Zoom sessions on Thursdays and four in-person Saturdays at Bija Yoga in Penrith, supported by guided self-study. Non-yoga teachers are also welcome to join.

The training also includes home practice, readings, and practice teaching to support integration and completion of the full 50 hours.
