This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is built around eight integrated modules that weave together anatomy, energy, stillness, and embodied awareness.

You won’t just learn what to teach — you’ll learn how to sense, listen, and respond in the room.

The 8 modules

1. Foundations of Yin Yoga

The principles, history, and evolution of Yin within both Eastern and Western frameworks.

2. Functional Anatomy for Yin

Understanding joints, fascia, and individual variation so you can teach safely and intelligently.

3. Energy, Meridians & Seasonal Theory

How Yin Yoga supports the organ systems and the Five Element cycles.

4. The Art of Stillness

Mindfulness, breath, and the inner landscape of Yin practice.

5. Somatic & Embodied Meditation for Yin Yoga

Learning to work with felt-sense, interoception, grounding, and nervous system regulation — and how to guide these safely in class.

6. Pose Families & Functional Target Areas

Exploring how poses work, what they target, and how to adapt them for different bodies.

7. Sequencing & Class Design

Creating Yin classes that are coherent, intentional, and therapeutically supportive.

8. Trauma-Informed Teaching

Holding space with awareness, choice, and respect for the nervous system.

How you’ll learn

Alongside the modules, you’ll be supported through:

  • Guided Yin practices
  • Pose labs and embodied inquiry
  • Practice-teaching with feedback
  • Reflection and integration exercises

This ensures the learning is experiential, not just conceptual.
